Einstein German Lager Dry Yeast (11g / 22L) | WHC Labs

€4,25

Einstein is a traditional German lager yeast developed for brewers who value precision, balance, and clarity. This bottom fermenting strain produces low ester levels, allowing malt and hop character to remain front and centre, while its moderate sulphur production stays well within the desirable range for classic lagers.

Each sachet contains 11 grams, suitable for fermenting approximately 22 litres of wort. Einstein performs exceptionally well at cooler fermentation temperatures, delivering clean, crisp beers with excellent definition and smoothness.

This yeast is inspired by classic Weihenstephaner lager strains and embodies the principles of German brewing tradition. Its reliable performance and neutral profile make it ideal for producing consistent lagers across a wide range of styles.

Whether you are brewing a delicate Pilsner, a malt forward Helles, or a stronger Bock, Einstein provides dependable fermentation and a refined final beer with excellent drinkability.

Where are your manufactured?

As an Irish Company we take pride in supporting Irish manufacturing businesses. Unfortunately we can't get everything made in Ireland so we work on an As Local As Possible principle. This means we get everything from as close to Sligo, Ireland as possible. Sometimes this is Poland or England or France or Scotland. You can always find the country of manufacture in the product description.

When will I get my order?

We dispatch all our orders within 2 days. Our parcels are shipped with tracking by An Post or DPD. Once handed over delivery usually take 2-3 days.

Can I return my order?

We do accept returns with full refunds once the product is undamaged. If the products are damaged in return transit you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the cost of damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Standard Tracked Shipping in Ireland is €6 or free on orders over €75 but smaller items (i.e. yeast packets, bubblers, syphon tubes) qualify as "small orders" and are €2.95 to ship or free over €30
