My homebrewing journey began in Connemara while I was in college, making poitín and discovering the satisfaction of creating something from scratch. That early curiosity grew into a lasting passion for homebrewing, and the journey eventually brought me to Sligo.
Along the way, I became frustrated by the lack of support I experienced from other homebrewing suppliers and by finding the products I needed constantly out of stock. Those experiences helped shape what I wanted Hooley Homebrew to be: a welcoming place where homebrewers feel supported as they pursue their craft.
Today, Hooley Homebrew offers a click-and-collect and trade counter service from our store in Dromore West. Whether you’re just starting your own brewing journey or already have a few batches under your belt, we’d love to welcome you.
