Apres Ski Crisp Larger Yeast for Homebrewing

Apres Ski Crisp Lager Dry Yeast (11g / 11L) | WHC Labs

€4,30

Apres Ski is a crisp, clean lager dry yeast inspired by traditional strains from the Swiss Alps. It’s been selected for producing highly drinkable, sessionable lagers with excellent clarity and a refined flavour profile.

This strain produces very low ester levels, resulting in clean, refreshing beers with subtle floral and light fruity notes that add interest without overpowering the malt or hops. Despite being a true lager yeast, Apres Ski performs reliably across a practical temperature range, making it a great choice for homebrewers looking for consistency and control.

Each sachet contains 11 grams of yeast, suitable for fermenting approximately 11 litres of wort. This makes it ideal for smaller batches, test brews, or split fermentations.

Apres Ski works beautifully across a wide range of classic lager styles, delivering predictable results and a crisp finish every time. It’s an excellent option as a house lager yeast for brewers who value repeatability, balance, and drinkability.

Where are your manufactured?

As an Irish Company we take pride in supporting Irish manufacturing businesses. Unfortunately we can't get everything made in Ireland so we work on an As Local As Possible principle. This means we get everything from as close to Sligo, Ireland as possible. Sometimes this is Poland or England or France or Scotland. You can always find the country of manufacture in the product description.

When will I get my order?

We dispatch all our orders within 2 days. Our parcels are shipped with tracking by An Post or DPD. Once handed over delivery usually take 2-3 days.

Can I return my order?

We do accept returns with full refunds once the product is undamaged. If the products are damaged in return transit you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the cost of damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Standard Tracked Shipping in Ireland is €6 or free on orders over €75 but smaller items (i.e. yeast packets, bubblers, syphon tubes) qualify as "small orders" and are €2.95 to ship or free over €30
