Make your first hard seltzer/sugar wine the easy way using a simple 5-litre bottle of water and this complete starter kit. Perfect for beginners, hobbyists, and anyone curious about fermentation, this kit gives you everything you need to create a clean, fast, high-alcohol wash at home.

This starter kit includes:

  • Cork bung – seals your 5L bottle tightly
  • Bubbler airlock – releases CO₂ while keeping air & insects out
  • Syphon hose – for clean, easy bottling
  • Hyperdrive yeast (22g) – powerful, fast-fermenting yeast blend

Make a clean sugar wine:

  1. Start with a 5L bottle of water.
  2. Pour out 1.3 litres to create space.
  3. Add 1.25 kg of sugar straight into the bottle.
  4. Add the Hyperdrive yeast.
  5. Fit the cork bung and bubbler airlock.
  6. Leave in a warm place for 5 days.

No buckets, no complicated equipment.
No brewing experience required.

What do I do if my order is delivered and it is damaged?

Contact us straight away. All our orders are packaged carefully but unfortunately sometimes packages do get damaged in transport. Unlike some other homebrew and glass suppliers, if this happens we will replace the damaged goods free of charge.

Where are your manufactured?

As an Irish Company we take pride in supporting Irish manufacturing businesses. Unfortunately we can't get everything made in Ireland so we work on an As Local As Possible principle. This means we get everything from as close to Sligo, Ireland as possible. Sometimes this is Poland or England or France or Scotland. You can always find the country of manufacture in the product description.
When will I get my order?

We dispatch all our orders within 2 days. Our parcels are shipped with tracking by An Post or DPD. Once handed over delivery usually take 2-3 days.
Can I return my order?

We do accept returns with full refunds once the product is undamaged. If the products are damaged in return transit you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the cost of damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Standard Tracked Shipping in Ireland is €6 or free on orders over €75 but smaller items (i.e. yeast packets, bubblers, syphon tubes) qualify as "small orders" and are €2.95 to ship or free over €30
