This diammonium phosphate yeast nutrient (DAP) is supplied in a resealable bag for easy storage and repeated use. It provides an easily assimilated nitrogen source that supports strong, healthy fermentations, helping yeast perform efficiently and consistently.

DAP is especially useful in sugar based washes, fruit wines, ciders, and low nutrient musts, where yeast may otherwise struggle due to lack of available nitrogen. Proper nutrient levels help prevent sluggish or stuck fermentations while promoting cleaner results and improved attenuation.

The resealable packaging allows you to measure only what you need while keeping the remaining product dry and protected between uses.

Each pack contains 100 grams of yeast nutrient. The recommended dosage is 3 to 6 grams per 10 litres, depending on fermentation strength and yeast requirements.

Manufactured in Germany, this product is suitable for homebrewers and distillers who want reliable, repeatable fermentation performance.

What do I do if my order is delivered and it is damaged?

Contact us straight away. All our orders are packaged carefully but unfortunately sometimes packages do get damaged in transport. Unlike some other homebrew and glass suppliers, if this happens we will replace the damaged goods free of charge.

Where are your products manufactured?

As an Irish Company we take pride in supporting Irish manufacturing businesses. Unfortunately we can't get everything made in Ireland so we work on an As Local As Possible principle. This means we get everything from as close to Sligo, Ireland as possible. Sometimes this is Poland or England or France or Scotland. You can always find the country of manufacture in the product description.
When will I get my order?

We dispatch all our orders within 2 days. Our parcels are shipped with tracking by An Post or DPD. Once handed over delivery usually take 2-3 days.
Can I return my order?

We do accept returns with full refunds once the product is undamaged. If the products are damaged in return transit you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the cost of damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

Our Standard Tracked Shipping in Ireland is €7 or free on orders over €75 but smaller items (i.e. yeast packets, bubblers, syphon tubes) qualify as "small orders" and are €3.95 to ship or free over €30
